Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Natalie Branche to Assistant Community Manager of The Bluestone Apartments, a multifamily community located in Bluffton, South Carolina with 360 apartment homes. Ms. Branche, who has worked for CRC since 2020, was formerly a Leasing Specialist at The Bluestone Apartments.

Ms. Branche will assist in overseeing leasing, property management, marketing and special event functions for the multifamily community located at 4921 Bluffton Parkway. This includes designing and executing programs to increase resident retention, organizing and executing resident events, managing social media activities and assuring that the leasing team meets its objectives and goals.

The Bluestone Apartments offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 728 to 1,501 square feet of space. Each apartment home features an open-concept living area, fully-equipped kitchen with a modern appliance package, covered porch area, walk-in closets, washer and dryer, soaking tub and extra storage space. Common area amenities are accentuated by two outdoor swimming pools with a sundeck, a hammock garden, a fitness center, yoga room, fishing lake, outdoor gaming area and dog park.

Situated adjacent to shopping and entertainment, the community is also within 15 minutes of Hilton Head Island. Recent improvements completed at the community included updating screened-in porches, refreshing the fitness center and installing additional lighting.

Prior to joining CRC, Ms. Branche worked as a Lease Coordinator for Evolve Property Management, where she implemented technology solutions to streamline the leasing process and managed social media activities. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rollins College.
