Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Abby White to Community Manager of The Bluestone Apartments, a 360-unit multifamily community located in Bluffton, South Carolina. Ms. White, who has worked for CRC since 2016, was formerly the Community Manager of The Flats at Ballantyne Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ms. White will lead and direct leasing and property management operations for the multifamily community located at 4921 Bluffton Parkway. Her role will include planning and implementing marketing programs that attract prospects to The Bluestone Apartments, and creating an environment that retains existing residents. Ms. White will also oversee activities of all on-site team members and work with asset management professionals to maintain the property’s peak operating performance. Additionally, Ms. White will engage with the local community to establish and strengthen relationships for the property.

The Bluestone Apartments consists of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 728 to 1,501 square feet of space. Each apartment home features an open-concept living area, fully-equipped kitchen with a modern appliance package, covered porch area, walk-in closets, washer and dryer, soaking tub and extra storage space. Common area amenities are accentuated by two outdoor swimming pools with a sundeck, a hammock garden area, fully-equipped fitness center, yoga room, fishing lake, outdoor gaming area and dog park. Situated adjacent to shopping and entertainment, the community is within 15 minutes of Hilton Head Island.

Ms. White, who began her CRC career as a student intern while attending college at Towson University, has also worked as an Assistant Community Manager at Ridge Gardens Apartments in Baltimore and as the Assistant Community Manager at Millworks Apartments in Atlanta. Most recently, Ms. White’s served at Community Manager of The Flats at Ballantyne Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ms. White earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Towson University and a Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association. While in North Carolina, she was involved with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and served on its Government Affairs Committee.
