Continental Realty Corp. Promotes Kristina O’Keefe And Blake Dickinson To Director Of Commercial Leasing

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Kristina O’Keefe and Blake Dickinson to Director of Commercial Leasing. O’Keefe began her CRC career in 2009 and Dickinson has worked for the company since 2008, both in commercial leasing roles during their entire CRC careers. Together, the two professionals manage the leasing activities for a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties totaling more than 3.5 million square feet of space spanning eight states.

O’Keefe and Dickinson will continue overseeing all marketing and leasing initiatives for the CRC portfolio of assets in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country. This includes managing a team of four in-house leasing professionals, directing the efforts of third-party brokerage firms, supervising or taking the lead on negotiations for new leases or lease renewals, and acting as a liaison with the brokerage community. Additional responsibilities include participating in due diligence for commercial acquisitions.

O’Keefe has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and formerly worked in leasing for CBRE. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Denison University. Her leasing successes with CRC include the re-tenanting and repositioning of Padonia Village Shopping Center in Timonium, Maryland, and the lease-up and stabilization of several retail assets in Naples and Destin, Florida.

Dickinson brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Maryland.Blake drove the lease-up of projects in Chesterfield, Missouri near St. Louis and two projects in Greater Orlando, Clermont, Florida and Waterford Lakes, Florida.
