Hebbel and Scott will strengthen the firm’s leadership team as the Business Performance Management (BPM) practice expands

SC&H Group, a leading audit, tax, and consulting firm, has announced they are promoting Kevin Hebbel and Nick Scott to directors as the Business Performance Management (BPM) practice continues to expand.

I’m confident that their expertise, combined with the internal perspective they have gained through each milestone will keep our practice on this positive track for years to come.”

Hebbel has more than 15 years of finance experience and has spent the majority of his career with SC&H Group managing financial transformation projects for BPM. As a director, he will continue to lead organizations in the execution of business strategies and the deployment of innovative solutions that optimize the monthly close, improve forecasting accuracy, and transform an organization’s reporting and analysis capabilities.

Since 2012, Hebbel has taken an active role in shaping the firm’s employee engagement initiatives, and for the past five years he has served as a team lead for SC&H Group’s annual Day of Service.

Hebbel earned his MBA in finance from the University of Baltimore. He is also actively involved in SC&H Group’s recruiting efforts with his alma mater, the University of Maryland, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

For more than a decade, Scott has managed SC&H Group teams, both large and small, to help prove business and technology consultancy services have the power to transform organizations. As the new director of Data Analytics, Scott will work with businesses ranging in size from emerging growth, to middle market, to Fortune 500 organizations to help them turn their data into visual, interactive reports that provide actionable intelligence powered by enterprise solutions like Power BI and Tableau.

Scott is credited with founding SC&H Group’s infrastructure services model to complement the BPM practice, designing several financial planning and reporting applications, and supporting the rollout of these solutions for organizations across multiple industries. To advance SC&H Group’s technology research and offerings, Scott regularly provides his insight for the internal innovation committee.

Scott graduated from Stevenson University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems. As an Oracle-Hyperion certified professional, he has been tapped as a regular presenter at industry and technology conferences.
