Both clubs opened in 2010, operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and now feature the following improvements:

- new PF BlackCard®spa areas with HydroMassage beds, tanning beds, a Total Body Enhancement booth and more,
- updated locker rooms with day lockers and showers,
- new entrance way floor tile,
- a new front desk
- expanded gym floor (Catonsville only)

2020 will be a busy year for PF Growth Partners, which will open its first Planet Fitness club in Howard County in March, as well as additional clubs in Maryland, Washington state, Florida and Tennessee, and make its California debut later in the year.
