Neuman Commercial Group Represents Seller And Identifies Buyer of Harford Road Professional Building for $3,150,000

Neuman Commercial Group, LLC announces the sale last week of 8005 Harford Road, a two-story 32,400 square foot office building located in Parkville, Baltimore County, Maryland. The sale price was $3,150,000. Originally home to A&P Supermarket, Read’s Drug Store and a bowling alley, the property was fully redeveloped by the sellers in 1996. Four tenants occupying 100% of the property include largest tenant EBL Engineers, a 47-year-old multi-disciplined mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering firm. Gil Neuman of Neuman Commercial Group exclusively represented the seller, Heritage Properties, Inc. and procured the private New Jersey buyer prior to marketing.

Located south of Baltimore’s I-695 near the 165,000 square foot Giant Food anchored Parkville Shopping Center, the property is exposed to over 19,200 vehicles per day. The daytime population within three miles is 134,000, with over 165,000 residents in that radius.
