Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC) announced the appointment of D. Dusky Holman, Esq. as Chief Development Officer and General Counsel. Mr. Holman brings to VOACC extensive legal experience as well as leadership in real estate development, advocacy, community engagement, fundraising and management of programs designed to transform the lives of individuals and families.

Holman previously held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining the staff at VOACC, he was a member of the organization’s Board of Directors and served as their Land Use and Development Attorney.
