Fidelity Mechanical Services, a Fidelity Building Services Group company and premier provider of Mechanical HVAC design, installation and service in the Mid-Atlantic region, announces today the promotion of Todd Clingan to Vice President of Mechanical Contracting Operations.

In this new role, Clingan will have responsibility over numerous Fidelity Mechanical Services divisions, including Contracting, Tenant Improvement and Prefabrication for Fidelity’s Sparks location, as well as the Contracting groups for the Ashburn and Beltsville divisions. Clingan’s top priorities are to ensure Fidelity continues to evolve its aggressive safety procedures, improve field efficiency, oversee talent acquisition and adopt modern technologies that will further Fidelity’s commitment to offering the most advanced products and services to its customers.

Prior to serving as the Vice President of Mechanical Contracting Operations, Clingan served as a Director of Operations for Fidelity Mechanical Services, where he oversaw day-to-day construction operations as they pertained to the organization’s Beltsville and Ashburn locations. This included managing multiple construction projects, as well as ensuring that clients received Fidelity’s commitment to Proactive, World-Class Service.

Clingan brings to this new role nearly 20 years of HVAC/Mechanical Construction experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop University. Clingan and his family, including his wife and two children, reside in Baltimore, Maryland.
