Two luxury apartment buildings will open this summer

The Meridian Group and KETTLER announced today that apartments are now preleasing at Rise and Bolden, the highly-anticipated luxury apartment buildings at The Boro in Tysons.

Both buildings are set to open this summer, and a new website has been launched with details on both:  www.LiveAtTheBoro.com.

“Rise and Bolden will be spectacular places to live and extraordinary additions to The Boro,” said Tom Boylan, Senior Vice President of The Meridian Group.

Meridian and KETTLER formed a joint venture to develop Rise and Bolden, which will sit atop the area’s largest Whole Foods Market as well as a diverse mix of restaurants, boutiques and other retail options.

“As both the development partner and management company for Rise and Bolden, we are exceptionally proud to introduce the first truly walkable residential communities in Tysons,” said Bob Kettler, Chairman and CEO of KETTLER.

Both Rise and Bolden feature iconic amenities, including an elevated outdoor sky park with theater and bar area, grilling stations, bocce court, fire pits and lounges.

“The sky park is one of the most exceptional aspects of the Rise and Bolden experience. With extensive outdoor programming and spectacular vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this unique amenity is unlike anything else in Tysons,” Boylan said.

At 32 stories tall, Rise has over 400 apartments and is inspired by luxury hotel design. Rise residents will be able to relax and enjoy panoramic views from the 27th floor club room with billiards, fireplace lounges, entertainment kitchen, private dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, and outdoor pool and lounge area. Apartment homes will include open-concept kitchens with plenty of room for entertaining, as well as clean, modern finishes such as two-tone Italian cabinetry and waterfall island countertops.

Overlooking Boro Place and Boro Park, Bolden’s 133 boutique residences will give residents an unrivaled urban experience. Bolden’s eclectic design features rich, contrasting materials and textures throughout the building. The amenities at Bolden include an indoor/outdoor entertainment kitchen and clubroom, rooftop bar area, dining terrace, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, and designer pool with lounging areas. Kitchens will feature graphite grey cabinetry with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops.

Located within walking distance of the Greensboro Metro station, The Boro is designed to inspire community and connection, with pedestrian-friendly streets, green public spaces and everyday conveniences. Beyond the day-to-day, The Boro will be a dining and entertainment destination with a ShowPlace ICON Theatre, a new luxury cinema with 14 state-of-the-art screens, as well as Flower Child, North Italia and Bluestone Lane.

“Residents at Rise and Bolden will enjoy the excitement of downtown with the comforts of home,” Boylan said. “It takes just one visit to see why The Boro is the premier destination in Tysons.”
