Hord Coplan Macht Architects is leading the architectural and landscape design
Known as “ The Kelvin + eNvy” project, RD Jones & Associates is working with Hord, Coplan Macht Architects on the design for two apartment/condo buildings located on Half and “N” Streets in Washington, DC.
This project is being developed by Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners as a hybrid rental and condominium mixed-use development at the gateway to Nationals Park in Washington, DC.
The project consists of 312 beautiful class “A” apartment units with 127 luxurious condominiums and exciting retail units - scheduled for completion in the fall of 2019.
