FCP Relocates Headquarters to 4445 Willard Avenue in Chevy Chase, MD

FCP announces its headquarters move to Chase Tower at 4445 Willard Avenue in Chevy Chase, MD from its previous location at 5425 Wisconsin Avenue, also in Chevy Chase. The company signed a 13,914 square foot lease with building owner JBG Smith, expanding its footprint to accommodate more than 40 headquarters employees, double the firms’ size from seven years ago.
