Dr. James Vogel earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, New York, followed by general surgery residencies at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston and at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, which encouraged him to pursue his career as a plastic surgeon.
