Woodmore Towne Centre Signs Leases With Two New Tenants

Petrie Richardson Ventures (PRV), the developers of the 140-acre, 700,000-square-foot mixed-use development Woodmore Towne Centre, announced today they have signed leases with two new tenants: Starbucks and Silver Diner.

“There continues to be great demand at Woodmore Towne Centre for a mix of fast-casual and sit-down dining experiences,” said Terry Richardson, president of PRV. “Our offerings at the center are dedicated to satisfying everyone in our community, from onsite retailers and their teams to shoppers, families, and sports and entertainment fans from nearby FedEx Field.”

Starbucks leased a pad located at the corner of Woodmore Centre Drive and Taj Lane. Currently counting approximately 28,720 retail stores in77 markets, Starbucks not only celebrates the rich tradition of coffee, but also the feeling of connection. With their mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit – “one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.”

In July, Silver Diner signed a lease for a pad located directly across from Nordstrom Rack. With all the restaurant’s recipes and menus created exclusively by co-founder and Executive Chef Ype Von Hengst, Silver Diner has reinvented the diner experience by creating a menu featuring classic American favorites with a contemporary twist for today’s lifestyles: heart-healthy options, no trans fat, fresh and locally sourced ingredients, and entrées with fewer than 600 calories.

Earlier this year, In March, Woodmore Towne Centre signed deals with Bank of America, Sola Salon Studios, Cava Grill, and Tidewater Dental, joining other newer arrivals, including Prince George’s County’s first Nordstrom Rack, 1000 Degree Pizza, Kobe Japanese and Kicks USA.

Opened in 2010, Woodmore Towne Centre is anchored by Wegmans, Costco, JC Penney, Best Buy and Petco. Still available in the 700,000 square feet of Phase 1 retail at Woodmore Towne Centre are tenant spaces ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. The Centre is minutes from FedEx Field and conveniently located at the interchange of I-495 and Landover Road, Rte. 202 in Prince George’s County, with more than 1,000 feet of frontage on the Capital Beltway/I-495.
