Baltimore Tennis Legend Launches Memoir

Retired professional tennis player and Baltimore native, Steve Krulevitz, will debut his memoir, Lightning Strikes: The Life and Times of a Professional Tour Tennis Player, which details his life growing up in Baltimore and becoming a professional tour tennis player.

The book launch party will be held at the tennis courts of Gilman School located at 5407 Roland Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Guests can enjoy live music and partake in tennis clinics. Steve will read a chapter from his book and sign copies, whichwill be available for purchase. In case of rain, activities will be held inside the Finney Athletic Center.

ABOUT STEVE KRULEVITZ

Born and raised in Baltimore, Steve Krulevitz is a local tennis legend and arguably the best player to come out of Maryland. For over a decade, Krulevitz competed on the Professional Grand Prix tennis circuit where he was among the top 100 players in the world for nine consecutive years. Thousands of juniors and hundreds of adults along the East Coast have learned and honed their tennis game under the tutelage of Steve "Lightning" Krulevitz.
