The Mullan Contracting Company, a full-service construction management and general contracting firm headquartered in Lutherville, Maryland, has selected Ron Wagoner as Project Manager. He was formerly Project Executive for Clark Builders Group, Inc.

In his new position, Mr. Wagoner will oversee the day-to-day construction management activities for a range of projects currently underway by The Mullan Contracting Company in the Mid-Atlantic region. This includes overseeing the construction work of sub-contracting firms, acting as a liaison between Mullan Contracting and the end-user customer and managing or assisting with a diverse set of responsibilities including budgeting, estimating, change order management and on-site trouble-shooting.

He brings more than twenty years of diversified construction management experience to the company, having also worked in management-level positons with HITT Contracting, Streuver Bros. Eccles & Rouse and Humphrey Rich Construction, among others.

Mr. Wagoner earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Analysis and Civil Engineering from Frostburg State University. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including Associated Builders and Contractors, American Institute of Architects, American Society of Civil Engineers, Urban Land Institute and Army Corps of Engineers.
