Three Dog Deli has opened for business within the lower level retail space at the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley, a four-building portfolio containing approximately 550,000 feet of office and retail space that is owned and operated by Hill Management Services, Inc. The project is in the final phases of a $3 million renovation strategy that focused on improvements to the restrooms, elevator lobbies, exterior and common-area spaces.

Three Dog Deli is owned and operated by Michael Brooks, III and will be open Monday through Friday and offer an assortment of breakfast and lunch selections including made-to-order sandwiches, homemade soups, grab-and-go items, pastries, snacks and hot and cold beverages. Daily deli specials will also be available. Brooks comes from a long line of restauranteurs beginning with his great grandparents, who founded the iconic Vellegia’s Restaurant in Little Italy in 1939. He has extensive experience in the food industry including managing the day-to-day operations of a local deli for the past six years.

“Working within a business community environment is extremely attractive to me because you have the opportunity to know the customers intimately and understand the best way to service their dining needs on a daily basis,” Brooks explained. “We will have a built-in audience and we intend to make Three Dog Deli their number one choice for a quick and high-quality meal.”

Additional on-site amenities contained at the Executive Plaza buildings include a daycare facility, fitness center, branch of the United States Post Office, Texas Roadhouse restaurant, hair salon, dry cleaner and a card and gift shop. Hill Management also offers business services including conference facilities and an executive dining room.

Ashley Zitoand Scott Vane of Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this transaction.

“Fast and high-quality food options are a top priority for office workers on a daily basis, and the addition of Three Dog Deli adds another great option for employees at the Executive Plaza, as well as the surrounding Hunt Valley area,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President of Hill Management Services.
