Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a certain Mortgage from James W. Weaverling and David S. Weaverling, dated October 21, 2003, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber 4652, folio 467, said Mortgage having been assigned to John M. Kerney, for foreclosure purposes, default having occurred under the terms thereof and at the request of the party secured thereby, the undersigned Assignee will sell at Public Auction, on the premises, the following:

The property is a level, unimproved, rectangular parcel fronting 190' along the north side of Blossom Street, by a depth of 100', comprising 19,000 square feet or 0.44 acre of land. Public tax records indicate that the property is zoned M-3, heavy industrial. Public utilities are believed to be available.
