H.L. Associates Signs at The Business Center in Owings Mills

H.L. Associates, a corporate accounting firm, has signed a new lease for 3,060 square feet at The Business Center at Owings Mills.

Scott Wingrat of Preston Partners represented the tenant. James F. Knott Realty is the owner/landlord and was represented in-house by Taylor Fields.

The Business Center at Owings Mills is a four-building, 141,100 square foot development located in one of Maryland's largest growth areas. H.L Associates new address is in the 25,310 square foot building at 11400 Cronridge Drive.

The complex is located 3 miles from the Owings Mills Town Center and 7 miles from the Baltimore Beltway via I-795. All buildings feature recessed glass store fronts with sign bands, decorative landscaping, glazed insulated and tinted windows, wet sprinklers, and gas heat.
