MD/DC/NoVA Chapter of SIOR Elects 2010 Officers

The Maryland/District of Columbia/Northern Virginia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has announced the election of its slate of officers for 2010. Karl Lehmann, SIOR of Preston Partners will serve as president; John Boote, SIOR of NAI KLNB is vice president; Hayes Merkert, SIOR of Preston Partners will be the group's treasurer and Joe Bradley, SIOR of Manekin, LLC will handle the role of secretary.

The remainder of the Executive Committee includes Steve Feazell, SIOR of Prudential Carruthers Realtors who will be Director of Programs; Public Relations Chair Matt Haas, SIOR of Manekin, LLC and Admissions Chair Julio Purcell, SIOR of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. The Recruitment and Retention Co-Chairs for next year are Lacey O'Neil, SIOR of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services and Lindsay McClory, SIOR of Hearn Burkley Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC.

The immediate past president is Julio Purcell, SIOR of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.
