HealthCare Resolution Services Announces Four Senior Leadership Appointments
LAUREL, Md., -- HealthCare Resolution Services, Inc. (HCRS), a leading provider of program integrity, health IT and professional staffing services to public sector and commercial customers, announced today that it has named four senior executives to its leadership team: Steven R. Greenspan as director of operations, Susan Sirmai-Feinberg as director of business development, Amy Coleman as director of contracts and David J. Daigle as controller. All positions report directly to Brenda Doles, president of HCRS.
Steven R. Greenspan joins HCRS with more than 20 years of information technology expertise and holds PMP, CMMI and ITIL certifications. Most recently, he served as infrastructure services director at Vangent, Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic planning, budgetary performance, operational excellence and global service delivery to more than 7,000 internal customers. At HCRS, Mr. Greenspan will supervise operations and work to achieve growth through increased operating efficiency and new business expansion.
Susan Sirmai-Feinberg has more than 25 years of business development, sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications, information services and health care industries.
Prior to joining HCRS, she held executive-level positions at Teleglobe International, BT Global Services and RS Information Systems, as well as MCI, where she developed and launched multiple international data products. Ms. Sirmai-Feinberg will be responsible for all facets of HCRS' business development strategy and implementation, including new business acquisition, customer sustainment, proposal development and marketing communications.
Amy Coleman brings more than 20 years of experience in overseeing, negotiating and administering government contracts to HCRS. She is a former Naval Contracting Officer and has also served in key leadership positions at BAE Systems Information Technology Inc., Real Estate Financial Management Solutions and Smith & Bourne, LTD. In her new position, Ms. Coleman will be responsible for the analysis, management and oversight of HCRS' public sector and commercial contracts.
David J. Daigle has more than 20 years of experience in Federal Acquisition Regulation policies; the design, improvement, conversion and documentation of financial reporting systems; and the management of accounting, support, operational, and proposal teams in both government and commercial industries. Most recently, he was the director of finance and administration for L1 Identity Solutions/ACI. As controller, Mr. Daigle will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, payroll and procurement for HCRS.
