C&W Represents Vend Central In New Lease
Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that Vend Central, Inc. has signed a new lease for 28,500 square feet of industrial space at 3914 Vero Road in Baltimore. Bob Millhauser, SIOR, associate director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Rick Williamson was the in-house representative for the landlord, St. John Properties.
Vend Central (vendcentral.net) is a Baltimore-based full-line vending products wholesaler serving clients in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. The company will relocate from its current space at 2010 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore, where it has operated since 1996. Its new address is located in the Caton Research Center, a 60-acre business campus developed by St. John Properties with easy access to I-95 and I-695.
