COPT Breaks Ground on 210 Research Blvd in Aberdeen

COPT hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Monday morning for 210 Research Blvd, a new three-story, 84,000 square foot Class "A" office building in Harford County, the second building constructed within the business community by COPT for companies re-locating or expanding as a result of BRAC.
