COPT Breaks Ground on 210 Research Blvd in Aberdeen


COPT hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Monday morning for 210 Research Blvd, a new three-story, 84,000 square foot Class "A" office building in Harford County, the second building constructed within the business community by COPT for companies re-locating or expanding as a result of BRAC.

Shell delivery -- Third quarter 2010
56-acre development will total 800,000 square feet of space, including eight office buildings and approximately 20-25,000 square feet of supporting retail. Ground was broken on the first building in November 2008, which is partially leased to Mitre Corporation.
