H & E Equipment Services, Inc., a heavy equipment sales and rental firm headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA., has signed a new lease for 13,700 square feet on 5 Acres at 7430 Montevideo Rd. in Jessup.
Corridor Commercial's Mordy Iskowitz represented the tenant in this transaction. Preston Partners' Sr. Vice President Michael Spedden represented the building owner, Gaulin Properties, LLC.
This lease represents an expansion from H & E Equipment Services, Inc.'s current location on Annapolis Blvd.
