Morgan Properties Recognized at Maryland Apartment Association Gala

Morgan Properties achieved 5 awards in recognition of excellence, outstanding achievement and commitment to the multi-family industry at the Maryland Multi-Housing Association's (MMHA) 13th Annual Star Awards. The MMHA's annual awards program is judged by industry experts from neighboring apartment associations and is presented annually.

Morgan Properties' Highlights from MMHA's Star Awards included:
- A Gold Star Award in the Stellar Property Manager category for Michele Lohsl from The Villages of Chartleytowne in Reisterstown, MD;

- a Silver Star Award in the Stellar Community for Townhomes with rents above $800 for Gwynnbrook Townhomes in Baltimore, MD;

- Star Certification Honorable Mention for communities scoring over 80% on their evaluations for The Villages of Chartleytowne in Reisterstown, MD, Belvedere Towers in Baltimore, MD and The Carlyle in Baltimore, MD.
