Vend Central Relocating After Industrial Deal in Baltimore

Vend Central, Inc. has signed a new lease for 28,500 square feet of industrial space at 3914 Vero Road in Baltimore.

Bob Millhauser, SIOR, associate director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Rick Williamson was the in-house representative for the landlord, St. John Properties.

Vend Central is a Baltimore-based full-line vending products wholesaler serving clients in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia . The company will relocate from its current space at 2010 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore, where it has operated since 1996.

Its new address is located in the Caton Research Center, a 60-acre business-park located off Caton Avenue in Baltimore County, with access to I-95 and the Baltimore Beltway (I-695). The park's 14 buildings provide the 550,000 sq. ft. center with a campus-like business environment. The location offers connections to downtown Baltimore, points throughout the corridor, and the Washington, DC suburbs.
