Recent HMS Officer Level Promotions

I am pleased to announce the following Officer level promotions at HMS Insurance Associates, Inc. effective immediately.

Nancey Bohlen has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. In this position along with overall responsibility for the financial aspects of our company she will also be responsible for non-insurance related operations.

Craig Bancroft has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Surety and Captive Operations. Along with his significant production responsibilities Craig has done an excellent job of managing our Surety department and continues to grow our presence in the captive marketplace.

Len Novotny has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial Insurance Operations. In this position, Len will be responsible for all internal and external commercial insurance service, marketing, underwriting and service staff management. Len will continue to work directly with me with regards to carrier planning and relationships. Sean Connolly and I will continue to manage commercial production.

Based on their years of service, outstanding production, equity position in our company and leadership qualities, Brian Marden and Gavin Moag have also been promoted to the position of Vice President.

Congratulations to all these individuals for this recognition of their efforts, leadership and contribution to our success.

These promotions along with several other organizational initiatives will continue to strengthen the leadership team at HMS Insurance Associates, Inc. A leadership team necessary to properly manage the continued growth and success of our company.
