Baltimore-Based Documentary of the Band Journey Offers $1M in Equity - CBL

BALTIMORE -- Everyman's Journey LLC seeks to raise $1 million through an equity offering, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The funds are being sought for "Don't Stop Believin': Everyman's Journey," a documentary of the band Journey and its new lead vocalist, Arnel Pineda. The film shows the band during its Revelation Tour in the United States, and Pineda's homecoming in Manila, Philippines, where the band performed in front of 25,000 people.
The documentary is directed by Ramona Diaz and produced by Capella Brogden. Both are named as principals in the filing, in addition to Josh Green.
