COMPUTER DONATION MANAGEMENT Signs 100,700 SF New Lease in Baltimore

Computer Donation Management, Inc. has signed a new long-term lease for 100,700 square feet of industrial space at 500 North Point Blvd. in Baltimore.

Bob Millhauser, SIOR and Tim Jackson, CCIM with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction. Justin Mohler with CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, 500 North Point Associates.

Founded in 1999, Computer Donation Management, also known as CDM eCycling (CDM) is a Maryland Corporation that provides responsible handling of e-waste materials for the Mid Atlantic region. The company offers an alternative to the disposal of obsolete electronics and potentially hazardous matter. No electronic equipment processed at CDM eCycling enters a landfill. The company's primary goal is the repair and restoration of usable equipment and the dismantling of obsolete equipment for parts and further processing to reclaim base m+aterials.

CDM will move from its current location at 1607 Wicomico St. in Southeast Baltimore to its new address at 500 North Point Blvd. this January. CDM will fully occupy the building.
