McShea’s Residential Services Division continues to develop its Managers~

One of the top commercial brokerage and management firms in the Washington, DC Region, McShea & Company, Inc. is pleased to announce Chris Smith has received his Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM®).

Prior to joining McShea, Chris worked in the Property Management Division of Equity Residential as an Assistant Property Manager. Chris joined McShea in 2010 as an Assistant Property Manager at Beacon Place Apartments in Gaithersburg, MD. He was promoted to Property Manager in 2011 and now manages Westwood Tower, an apartment complex with 212 units, located in the Bethesda/Chevy Chase Submarket.
