  • The U.S. Supreme Court: A Discussion Of Obama Care And Other Significant High Court Cases. On June 14, 2012, Andrew Baida co-chaired this program in which three experienced Supreme Court observers and advocates reviewed the Court's current term, including its most high profile cases.   • Gerry Gaeng, the chair of RMG's litigation group, spoke on April 16, 2012 as a panel member at the Appellate Advocacy Symposium at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Gerry was joined on the panel by the Honorable Andre M. Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and United States Attorney for Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein.

  • Gerry Gaeng, the Chair of RMG’s litigation group, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Towson University Alumni Association.  Gerry is a summa cum laude graduate of Towson, where he majored in Philosophy.  He is President Emeritus of the Alumni Association, and has previously served on the Towson University Foundation’s Board of Directors as well as the University’s Board of Visitors.

  • Gerard J. Gaeng has been elected President of the Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for the 2012-2013 term. Gerry practices regularly in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as in Maryland state trial and appellate courts.

  • RMG would like to congratulate Michael Hardy for his hard work on the sale of our client, KikScore, to Google. Mr. Hardy was recognized on KikScore's blog, where it was noted, "At KikScore we were lucky to have great lawyers help us on this deal.  Mike Hardy from Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP in Baltimore served as our lead corporate counsel and gave us great legal and non-legal guidance throughout the process of documenting and finalizing the sale of the KikScore technology."
