St. John Properties, Inc. is nearing completion on an 80 foot tall landmark tower overlooking the intersection of US Route 50 and MD Route 3/301, within the Melford business community in Prince George’s County, MD.

Weighing more than 24 tons, the structure features the Melford name and St. John Properties logo on the upper portion of the tower, which will be decoratively lit at night.

Situated in Bowie, Melford is a mixed-used project configured to support approximately 3.2 million square feet of commercial office, R&D/flex and retail space, as well as a full-service hotel.
