Pamela Dietz is Elected to the Case Management Society of America Chesapeake Chapter Board
Pamela Dietz is a 1983 graduate of the Union Memorial School of Nursing, where she received the Hartz Memorial Award for excellence in nursing care. Dietz has worked in various areas throughout her career including the oncology unit, home nursing care and pediatric care. Prior to joining CareFirst in 2003 as a case manager, Dietz worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Diversified Health Care Services, performing home care visits to surgical patients. Pamela is case management certified and trains new associates on case management procedures at CareFirst, including authorizations, denials/appeals and provides education and resources to members diagnosed with cancer. Pamela Dietz was elected to the 2013-2014 Case Management Society of America (CMSA) Chesapeake Chapter's Board.
