P. Matthew Darby, a principle partner of Berman, Sobin, Gross, Feldman & Darby LLP, recently joined the Board of Directors for Kids' Chance of Maryland, Inc., a nonprofit scholarship organization. Mr. Darby specializes in handling workers' compensation injury cases, as well as serious personal injury related matters.

Established in 1998 as an outgrowth of Maryland's workers' compensation community, Kids' Chance of Maryland is dedicated to assisting the children of Maryland workers who have been catastrophically or fatally injured during the course of their employment. Kids' Chance is a tax-exempt charitable organization and is active in 27 states across the country.
