Owings Mills, Md. -- NovaTech Process Solutions, a manufacturer of process automation software and systems, has signed a lease with First Potomac Realty Trust for 27,000 square feet of flex space in the Owings Mills Business Center.

Founded in 2003, NovaTech provides process automation and high-speed communication products to industrial and utility customers. Its process automation system is used to monitor and control production operations for major drug, food, chemical and energy producers.

The company’s newly leased flex industrial space is located three miles from Owings Mills Town Center and Interstate 795 and six miles from the Baltimore Beltway.

Tom Gentner, Brian Watts and Mark Glagola of Transwestern represented the landlord in the deal.
