Greenebaum & Rose Associates Finds Buyers for CNN Building in DC
Harbor Group International and Capstone Equities will acquire the CNN building in Washington, D.C. from Baltimore-based Greenebaum & Rose Associates, according to realestatefinanceintelligence.com.
Jud Ryan, managing director of Cassidy Turley, was part of team marketing the building on behalf of the seller, according to bizjournals.com, which reported in April that the property has an assessed value of $92.6 million.
820 First Street, NE is an 11-story, 295,000 square foot asset designed by Koubek Architects. Located within Union Center Plaza, 820 First Street is 3 blocks from Union Station and houses the Washington DC Bureau of CNN.
