The manager of one of T. Rowe Price's top funds and two analysts have resigned, effective Friday, The Baltimore Sun reported.
Kris H. Jenner, 51, has reportedly managed the T. Rowe Price Health Sciences Fund since 2000.

Also quitting are analysts G. Mark Bussard and Graham M. McPhail.

"They are leaving to pursue other opportunities," Price spokesman Brian Lewbart said. "They didn't share what they are."
Bloomberg News reported that Jenner wrote to some of his contacts to say the trio were leaving to form a new venture.

The Sun said the Health Sciences Fund will be managed by Taymour R. Tamaddon, who joined Price in 2004.

Health Sciences beat 83 percent of competing funds over the past five years and outperformed all T. Rowe Price stock funds in that time, returning an annual average of 13 percent, according to Bloomberg.
