David Dannenfelser, managing director and principal for Colliers International in Baltimore, has received the 2012 Everest Award from Colliers International.

The Everest Award recognizes Colliers International brokers performing among the top 10 percent in North America.

Dannenfelser specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation along the Interstate 95 Corridor, including Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford, Cecil and Howard counties. His transaction experience includes leasing, acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, commercial and investment property, and his clients include Stewart Associates, Red Leaf Development, Madison Square Federal Savings Bank, TA Realty Associates, Sheppard Pratt Health System and Wolf Enterprises.

Dannenfelser is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM ) candidate and member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in Newark, Del. Dannenfelser lives in Hunt Valley, Md.
