The building is 100% occupied by High Road Academy which serves approximately 90 students in grades three through twelve in a remedial program that helps to overcome or lessen reading disabilities. The school, which is owned by Catapult Learning, also incorporates programming to help young people with language processing difficulties and behavioral issues. High Road Academy began with two students in 1998 and has consistently expanded over the past twenty years.

Constructed in 1970, the building is situated adjacent to US Route 1 and is approximately three miles from Interstate 95. A free surface parking lot surrounds the structure.
