The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards honor innovation in design and development, market-leading management and marketing strategies.

International award-winning firm KTGY Architecture + Planning is pleased to announce that KTGY’s designs were recognized at the 2017 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards. The awards honor the firm's wide range of capabilities, excellence and innovation in addressing complex design/build issues in attached, mixed-use, transit-oriented developments and 55+ housing.

The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders, are designed to acknowledge and honor innovation in design and development, market-leading management and marketing strategies for both apartment communities and condominiums. The Pillars awards are held in high esteem by top-level multifamily development companies, management firms and experts in the field. The annual competition is judged by a jury of knowledgeable peers, each having a proven record of success in various facets of the multifamily industry.
