The Ravens have promoted linebackers coach Don "Wink" Martindale to defensive coordinator, once again staying in-house to fill the top defensive coaching position.

Mosley has been named to the Pro Bowl three times in his four seasons, and Martindale was instrumental in the development of Matthew Judon and undrafted linebackers Zachary Orr and Patrick Onwuasor, both of whom became starters.
