Miles & Stockbridge announced today that Donald S. Meringer has rejoined the law firm as a principal in its Products Liability & Mass Torts Practice Group.

Most recently, Meringer was the senior partner at the Baltimore law firm of Meringer, Zois & Quigg, LLC. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of the Baltimore office of McCarter & English, LLP. Meringer currently practices in the area of asbestos personal injury litigation and has also handled a wide range of other products liability matters, as well as a variety of commercial and contract disputes. He has served as local, regional and national counsel in asbestos personal injury cases for more than a dozen asbestos product manufacturers, installers and equipment manufacturers in multiple jurisdictions.
