Aaron Greenfield and Gio Medoro
The Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) is pleased to announce the addition of two new associates.Aaron Greenfield will serve as the Director of Government Affairs and Gio Medoro will serve as the Marketing and Events Assistant.
As a lawyer, Greenfield has represented real estate and corporate interests and brings extensive lobbying experience to his role as Director of Government Affairs. He has lobbied on behalf of businesses, non-profits and professional associations in various industries. As Director of Government Affairs, Greenfield will represent the owners and managers of more than 190,000 residential rentals before state government, the Maryland General Assembly and at the local levels.
Greenfield has spent considerable time in the public sector serving as Chief of Staff to Howard County Executive Ken Ulman, President and CEO of the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation and Special City Solicitor for Policy and Development under then-Mayor Martin O’Malley. Following law school, he served as Law Clerk to current-Court of Appeals Judge Clayton Greene, Jr. A Liquor Commissioner for Baltimore City, Greenfield is also active in a number of community and business organizations, including the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Lawyers Committee and the Baltimore Sister Cities International Advisory Council. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor for a graduate course in “Urban Management” at the University of Baltimore. A graduate of the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore School of Law, Greenfield is a resident of Canton, Baltimore.
MMHA’s new Marketing and Events Assistant, Medoro, comes to MMHA from COR365 Information Solutions, an IT company located in Raleigh, NC, where he served as the marketing intern. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Medoro spent four years as an Infantry Marine based out of Camp Lejeune, NC, where he served two deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. As Marketing and Events Assistant, Medoro will spearhead all marketing efforts for MMHA and IREM Chapter 16, including website and social media management, email marketing, fliers and signage. Additionally, he will support the Director of Special Events with planning and conducting events. Medoro resides in Fells Point, Baltimore.
