BSO Members to Play for Commuters, Travelers at Penn Station this Friday

Members of the world-class Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will be welcoming Baltimore commuters home and sending travelers off for Christmas weekend this Friday.

The Baltimore Symphony Musicians will be gathering in Penn Station on Dec. 22 to play a free, pop-up holiday concert for travelers. Selections will include Handel’s “Messiah,” classics composed by Bach and other holiday favorites, according to a release.

The group said the performance is “a gift to commuters and travelers at the start of the final holiday weekend” of 2017. It starts at 5 p.m.
