The annual Star Awards are presented to recognize outstanding achievements in the local apartment industry.

Dariusz Dabek was honored with the Gold Award as the Service Technician of the Year, and fellow employee Justin Cronin received the Bronze Award in this category. The Crossings at White Marsh, located in Baltimore County was recognized with a Silver Award in the Service Team of the Year category, and Doncaster Village, a community in the Parkville section of Baltimore County, received the Bronze Award.
