H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm, announced that it recently completed a major Baltimore-area retail lease transaction for a new Dave & Busters location at White Marsh Mall.
Dave & Buster’s leased 53,634 square feet with plans to open in early December of this year. Ray Schupp, principal with H&R Retail, represented the tenant, Dave & Buster’s, in the transaction.
The White Marsh location joins four other Dave & Buster’s stores in the Baltimore-Washington region at Capitol Heights, Silver Spring, Hanover, Md.; and Springfield, Va.
