Keswick, a campus and community-based healthcare organization in Baltimore, today announced the appointment of Kathryn Graning, OTR/L, NHA, MPA as Associate Executive Director and Nursing Home Administrator. Graning joins Keswick with over 20 years of experience in the nursing home industry. She will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of Keswick.

Graning previously held roles as Administrator and Director of Rehab Reimbursement, Southern Region, at Genesis Healthcare, a role that initially spanned five states and more than 60 centers and expanded to include company-wide program management of five divisions and approximately 500 centers. She has also worked in administrative roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs as well as in private sector healthcare and non-profit residential facilities. Further, Graning has owned and operated her own consulting company focusing on long-term care issues for the past two years.
