Hill Management Services, Inc., a full-service real estate development company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland, has selected Michael Barbalace as Leasing Representative. He was formerly an Associate for Marcus & Millichap.

In his new role, Mr. Barbalacewill seek out prospective tenants for the company’s portfolio of commercial office buildings, retail centers and warehouse projects totaling four million square of space. This includes forming relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals, negotiating new leases and lease renewals, and interacting with the company’s in-house property management team.

In addition to working with Marcus & Millichap, he functioned as a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch. Mr. Barbalace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
