Forman Mills will occupy an endcap position in the center, bringing the center to ninety-nine (99%) percent occupancy. Located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Forestville Road, the 218,000 square foot Forestville Plaza Shopping Center welcomes Forman Mills to its newest location, joining anchor tenant Roses, junior anchors Save-a-Lot, Price Busters Furniture, and Shoe Show, and a variety of additional smaller service retailers including Metro PCS, MailXpress, and Industrial Health.
