Creative entrepreneurs can apply for a program that provides eight months of resources to help build businesses.
The Baltimore Creatives Acceleration Network, which was launched earlier this year by MICA, is set to begin a pilot of its Founder Fellowshipnext year.
As Executive Director Maggie Villegas told us earlier this year, BCAN is looking to help artists, designers and other entrepreneurs that stretch throughout the city, and fall outside the community of MICA students and alumni. Villegas said the accelerator would be among the early moves from the 10-year initiative.
