A McDonald’s in Howard County was hit by a thirsty klutz of a burglar last week.
A surveillance video released by the Howard County Police Department yesterday appears to show a woman burglarizing a McDonald’s on Benson Drive at around 1 a.m. on Nov. 5.
Her approach is unorthodox. She begins by sticking half of her body through the drive-thru window and calmly filling herself a cup of something blue, presumably Powerade Mountain Berry Blast. It takes a few tries and some spills, but she pulls it off with a bit of patience.
She then goes for it, climbing all the way into the McDonald’s, which would have been closed by that time, according to its posted hours. After placing a lid on her beverage and being incidentally captured face-first on camera – one minute into her heist by now – she gets to work.
